A little more nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Coat bundt cake pan with shortening and flour. Make sure it is thoroughly coated, but not too much flour.

Prepare cake according to directions, except for the water. Measure out the cream sherry in the same amount as the required water. Add the nutmeg.

Mix all ingredients well.

Pour batter into bundt cake pan, cook according to instructions on the box.

When the cake is done, remove from oven, let it cool for about 5-10 minutes. Flip the cake on to a plate.

Glaze with the Super Glaze, adding about 1/2 tsp nutmeg to the ingredients.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
The nutmeg is pretty important to this recipe. So, get nutmeg that is really good. I usually buy it from the bulk spice department in Sprouts, although most health food stores carry bulk spices.
