Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 cups milk
2 cups oatmeal
1 tsp Tapioca
Brown sugar
Chopped apples
Raisins
Cinnamon
Cranberries
Dried Fruit

Directions:
Directions:
The proportion for the liquid to oatmeal is 2 parts liquid to 1 part oatmeal. If you are using steel cut oatmeal, you may want to increase that to 3 parts liquid to 1 part oatmeal.

Add in 1 tsp tapioca to increase the creaminess. Stir well.

Add in anything else you might like. We usually add in brown sugar, chopped apples, raisins, cinnamon and sometimes cranberries. Any dried fruit is fine, you can add in nuts, too. Whatever you want.

Cook on low overnight. When you wake up, your oatmeal will be ready and your kitchen will smell delicious.
