Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 package of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 bottle of salad dressing, we usually use either Bernsteins or Paul Newman's Italian, or go with an Asian roasted sesame dressing. Basically, you want to avoid the creamy varieties and stick to the oil and vinegar based types.

Directions:
Directions:
If your chicken breasts are thick and bulky, take a sharp knife and carefully filet them through the middle. It's best to end up with slices about 1/2 inch thick.

Place the chicken in a ziplock bag and marinate it in the salad dressing of your choice. Pour in enough to fully cover the chicken.

It's best if you leave it for at least an hour or two, but if you're in a hurry, just put the chicken in a skillet and pour the salad dressing in.

Cook on medium heat, flipping two or three times to cook through. You can also grill the chicken if you like.

Personal Notes:
It's worth it to cook a large batch because this chicken can be used in so many ways. It can be the main meal, it can be used in Italian dishes (pour marinara sauce over, add mozzarella cheese and melt). It's great in salads, on sandwiches and as a snack. I like to keep chicken breasts on hand at all times.
