1 head of Cauliflower reduced to florets. Reduce the size of very large florets by cutting them in half or quarters.

2 T olive oil

1 t ground spices. Suggestions, Penzey's spice company's mixtures such as Arizona Dreaming, Turkish, or Bankok, or any Italian herb mixture broken up fine, or chili powder, or 2 t fresh herbs such as basil, rosemary etc, very finely chopped and mixed with a little salt.

Place your chosen seasoning in the olive oil in a small microwavable bowl. Microwave on high 1 minute. Let sit while you cook cauliflower.

Cook cauliflower in boiling water just until crisp/tender. Drain in colander and shake and let steam until dryish. Place in large bowl. Stir up the spices (or herbs) in the oil and drizzle over the florets. Toss until evenly coated. Serve warm.
