11-111/2 c unbleached flour
3 pkgs instant blend dry yeast (active dry yeast)
1/3 c sugar
2 T salt

1 1/2 c milk
2 1/2 c water
1/3 c butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixer bowl, combine 5 c flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Mix well.
In saucepan, heat water milk and butter until hot (120-130).
Add to flour mixture. (After 9 cups only a little at a time.
Blend at low speed until moistened. Beat 3 min. at medium speed. By hand, gradually stir in enough remaining flour to make a firm dough. Knead (punch, fold, press) on floured surface until smooth and elastic about 10 min. Place in a greased bowl turning to grease top. Cover, let rise in warm place until light and double, about 1 hour.
Punch dough down. Divide into 3 or 4 parts. On lightly floured surface, roll or pat into a 14x7 rectangle. Starting with shorter side, roll up tightly, pressing dough into roll with each turn. Pinch edges and ends to seal. Place in greased bread pans. Cover, let rise in a warm place until double, about30-45 min.
Bake at 400 for 35-40 min.
Brush with butter after removing from oven.
