1 medium onion (chopped)
1 lb hamburger
1 medium green pepper (chopped)

Fry in Dutch oven. Add the following:

1 large can whole tomatoes (squished)
1 (16 oz) can tomato sauce
2 cups water

small package of large wide noodles
Mozzarella cheese
garlic salt
parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Fry the onion, hamburger and green pepper in Dutch oven.
Then add the tomatoes, sauce and water.

Cook until bubbles, about 15 minutes.
In an ungreased 13 x 9-inch cake pan make a bottom layer with the small package of noodles. Add hot hamburger mixture and add layer of mozzarella cheese on top of mixture; add garlic salt and parsley.

Cover and bake at 350º for 45 minutes.

Kathy "Beckler" was raised by her father after her mother passed away when she was a small girl. Beckler referred to Granny as 'mom' and was always at family gatherings. She married later in life and ended up having 3 children, a son and a set of twin girls. She worked for over 20 years at Rolling Hills.
