Base:
1 package Devils Food Cake Mix
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
3/4 cup peanuts
(Combine and bake at 350 F for 20 - 25 min)

Filling:
1 8 ounce package cream cheese
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 1/2 cup icing sugar
2 1/2 cup milk
1 8 ounce whipped topping
1 5 1/4 ounce package instant vanilla pudding

Topping:
1/2 cup peanuts
1 1.45 ounce milk chocolate bar, chilled and grated

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine peanut butter and icing sugar till crumbly

2. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add milk, whipping topping and pudding mix

3. Beat 2 minutes until blended.

4. Pour half of cream cheese mixture over cooled base

5. Sprinkle peanut butter mixture

6. Repeat for remainder.

7. Sprinkle with peanuts and chocolate
