2 large yellow onions
1 large purple onion
3 cloves garlic
2 1/2 pounds lean ground pork
4 pounds eye of round (diced)
15 oz. beef stock
15 oz. diced tomatoes
30 oz. tomato sauce
2 T. ancho chili powder (dark)
2 T. regular chili powder
2 tsp. Cavendar's Greek Seasoning
crushed red pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions and garlic. Partially brown meat in another pan. Continue browning meat. Drain oil and add onion and garlic to pan. Add remaining ingredients and simmer at least 2 hours or until meat is tender. Add more seasoning to taste, if needed. Add an additional tablespoon of garlic powder right before judging.
