Onions

Directions:
Directions:
Brown lamb on all sides in a little hot fat.
Meanwhile slice onion.
Remove lamb pieces and replace with sliced onion. Brown.
Add 1 cup water to onions and stir.
Coat lamb with 2T flour with 1 tsp salt. Add lamb back and cook on each side.
If gravy gets too thick, add more water.
Turn heat very low - cover pot and cook slowly until meat comes off bone.
Parboil carrots (boil 2 inch carrots for 5 minutes). Add to last 5 minutes with carrot juice.
5 minutes before serving, add 2 T. frozen peas.
