1 tsp. Salt
1/2 Cup Criso
3/4 Cup Milk or Buttermilk

Mix
Flour, baking powder and salt in bowl, add Criso and mix till about pea size with fork or hands add Milk . Stir till all just come together and pat out on floured surface and cut in to biscuits. Bake at 450 º.
