1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg

Mix all ingredients together. Roll into balls about 1 1/2 inch across. Place on prepared cookie sheet, and flatten slightly with a fork, making a criss-cross pattern.

Bake for about 10 minutes or until done.
