Cookie Dough

4 cup flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cup butter (must be real butter)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp salt
1 cake yeast
3 egg yolks

Filling

3 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 cup sugar
1 cup finely chopped nuts
1 tsp vanilla

Mix cookie dough ingredients together and chill for a couple of hours.

Mix filling ingredients together and also chill for a couple of hours.

Remove the cookie dough from the refrigerator. Divide dough into 8-10 balls. Roll balls out on powdered sugar covered counter. Cut into wedges.

Add a spoonful of filling ot the wide end of each wedge and roll in towards the center.

Bake at 375 for 15-18 minutes.

Sift powdered sugar over the top when cool.
