1/2 c melted butter
1/3 c milk
1 egg
3/4 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp pepper
2 Tbs sesame seeds
1 cut up chicken or 4 chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Pour melted butter into 15" x 10" x 1" jelly roll pan, spreading evenly. Set aside.

Combine egg and milk. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, paprika, pepper and sesame seeds. Set aside.

Dip chicken pieces into egg mixture then in dry mixture.

Place chicken in oiled pan.

Bake 325º for 30 minutes. Turn and bake additional 30 minutes or until done.
