1/2 c butter
1 tsp corn starch
1/4 c icing sugar
1 c flour

1 c sugar
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 eggs slightly beaten
rind of 2 lemons
1 tbsp butter to add at end
Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter
Add icing sugar
Add flour and cornstarch-mix well
Knead for 2 min
Place in tart tins and bake 275' oven until done (20-25 min??)


Make filling by combining all ingredients and cook in top of double boiler or carefully in microwave until thick
Add butter and let cool slightly before putting in tart shells
