8 pork chops
1 c water
4 TBS brown sugar
4 TBS finely chopped onions
4 TBS catsup
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 tsp beef boullion
4 TBS flour
1/2 c water
1 c sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops in large skillet Add 1 c. Water, sugar, onion, catsup, garlic and bouillon. Cover and simmer 30-40 minutes or until tender.

Remove pork chops to serving platter, keep warm. In small bowl, combine flour with 1/2 c water, slowly add to cooking liquid. Stir constantly. Cook until thickened, stir in sour cream and heat thoroughly, but do not boil. Serve sauce over chops.
