2 c. Flour
1 c. Oats
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 c. Butter
1 c. Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 c. Pumpkin
1/2 c. Milk Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, oats, soda, cinnamon and salt. Cream butter, gradually adding brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla. Alternate dry ingredients and pumpkin.

On a greased sheet, bake on 350ºF for 20 minutes maximum (15 minutes good).
