Crust:
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 1/3 c. all purpose flour
1/4 c. sugar

Filling:
2 eggs
3/4 c sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp. lemon juice
powdered sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven 350º.
In 1 1/2 quart mixing bowl, combine crust ingredients. Mix until blended, 1 minute.
Pat into ungreased 8" square pan. Bake for 15-20 mins or until brown on edges.
Prepare filling in medium bowl. Combine all ingredients. Blend well. Pour filling over partially baked crust. Return to oven 18-20 mins or until set. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cool.
