Crust:

6 oz. cream cheese – softened
4 sticks oleo – softened
4 cups flour

Filling:

14 oz. Kraft caramels
½ cup evaporated milk
1 tbsp rum or brandy

Icing:

½ c. oleo – softened
½ c. Crisco
1 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup sugar
1 small can evaporated milk
Nuts – finely chopped

Crust:

Cut cream cheese and oleo into flour as for pie crust. Press into ungreased tart pans; bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

Filling:
Melt all in double boiler and fill shells.

Icing:

Beat oleo and Crisco until fluffy. Gradually add vanilla, sugar, and milk. Frost tarts and sprinkle with nuts.
