3 c. uncooked macaroni
1/2 c. oleo
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 c. flour
3 1/2 c. milk
1 lb. Velveeta - cubed
2 c. ham - cooked and cubed
1/2 c. Stove Top Stuffing (canister) - not cooked

Heat oven to 375.

Cook macaroni. Drain.

Cook and stir oleo, onion, salt and pepper over medium heat until onion is tender. Blend in flour. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute; remove from heat. Stir in cheese until melted. Stir in macaroni, ham and stuffing.

Pour into greased 3-quart dish. Cook uncovered for 30 minutes.
