2 c. sugar
2 T. butter
2 eggs
2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. wrap dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1/2 hour. roll out on floured board. I find that I need to add additional flour to work with this wet dough. cut out your shapes and place on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes. These cookies remain soft. Once cooled use butter cream frosting and decorate as you wish.
