Boneless Thin Sliced Pork Chops
2 Eggs
Bread Crumbs
Cooking Oil or Crisco

Trim all fat from pork chops. Place 2 eggs in a small bowl and whisk with fork. Pour breadcrumbs on a plate. Dip each pork chop in the eggs then the breadcrumbs. Make sure both sides are covered well and place breaded pork chop on a plate. Continue breading remaining pork chops. Pour a layer of cooking oil or Crisco into a frying pan and heat at medium heat until hot but not smoking. Place pork chops into pan and allow first side to brown nicely before turning over. When both sides are brown, remove and place on a paper towel on a large plate to blot the oil.
