Ingredients:  
1. In a blender or food processor, blend 3 cloves garlic, 1/2 cup Thai Kitchen Coconut Milk, 2 tbsp Thai Kitchen Fish Sauce, 2 tbsp red curry paste until well mixed

2. Thread 1/2 lb thinly sliced raw chicken onto bamboo skewers; place in shallow dish.

3. Cover with marinade adn refrigerate 4 hours or overnight

4. Barbecue or broil skewers 2 to 3 minutes per side, until browned and cooked. serve with Peanut Satay Sauce on the side
