Whole chicken, boiled and devoted
2 cans chicken mushroom soup
Package fresh mushrooms
Small can sliced black olives
1 can rotel tomatoes
Small Monterrey jack
Small cheddar
12 corn tortillas
Big white onion
Garlic
1 bell pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté bell pepper, onion & mushrooms. Line casserole with tortillas softened with broth. Sprinkle chicken & some of each cheese. Mix veggies with 1 1/2 cans soup and rotel and drained olives. Pour over.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Sprinkle more cheese and olives then bake until cheese melts.
