1/2-3/4 C oil
1/2 C soy sauce
1/4 C Worcestershire sauce
2T dry mustard
1T pepper
1/2 C red wine vinegar
1 1/2 t dried parsley flakes
2 t garlic cloves
1/3 C lemon juice
1 t onion powder
1/2 t hickory smoke
4 to 5 lb pork loin roast, pork loin ribs or baby back ribs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients marinate meat over night or up to 2 days for a roast. Turning meat occasionally. Roast until meat reaches 185. Brush with marinade while cooking. Allow 2 to 2 1/2 hours for roast. Or place on BBQ grill over slow coals. No pink or blood left for ribs.
