Crust:

1 ¼ c. graham cracker crumbs
½ tsp nutmeg
3 tbs powdered sugar
4 tbs melted butter


Filling:

3 cream cheese, at room temp
2 Tbs. flour
¾ c. sugar
3 eggs
3 Tbs. sour cream
1 tsp. lemon zest
1 tsp. vanilla

Crust:

Mix dry ingredients, add butter. Press in to sprayed spring form pan. Wrap outside of pan with foil, all the way up the sides (so it can’t leak).

Bake at 325 for 10 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.

Filling:

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add milk, sour cream, sugar and flour. Beat until smooth. Add eggs one at a time until well blended. Add lemon zest and vanilla. Mix well.

Pour onto crust. Place in a large cake pan. Put in oven. Pour 1-2 cups of water around outside of springform pan.

Bake at 300 for 45-55 minutes, or until cake springs back and toothpick inserted in center is clean.

Run a sharp knife around edge of pan. Cool completely.

Top with a can of blueberry pie filling (or whatever flavor you like, or fresh fruit).
