3/4 C diced onions
1 slice bacon diced
1 1/4 t garlic minced
1 oz chicken boullion
1qt water or vegetable broth
2 medium to large red potatoes sliced 1/4" slices and halved
2 C cavallo greens or kale halved and cut in strips
1 1/2 C spicy Italian sausage, cooked, halved and cut in 1/2 " slices
3/4 C heavy whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Bake sausage link at 300 for 15-20 minutes. Cook onion and bacon in 3-4 qt saucepan over medium heat until onions are clear. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add water or stock/broth, boullion and potatoes and bring to simmer for 15 minutes. Heat whipping cream to warm. Add cream, greens and sliced sausage, and simmer for 5 minutes and serve
