1 lb Lean Ground Beef
1 Onion, Diced
1 clove Garlic, minced
3 - 4 Dashes Worcestershire Sauce
Dash Salt and Pepper
1 Small Head Cabbage
1 c Rice, cooked
1 Jar Sauerkraut
1 Can or Jar Tomato Sauce
3 Dashes Franks Red Hot Sauce
3 - 4 Dashes Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
1 tsp Vegetable Spice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350ºC
Brown ground beef, garlic, Worcestershire, salt and pepper and 1/3 of the onion.
In a sauce pan on medium heat combine the tomato sauce, worcestershire, garlic salt, and vegetable spice
Mix rice into the beef mixture.
Layer in a casserole dish in this order: Cabbage, Sauerkraut, Onion, Meat mixture. Repeat until out of meat mixture. (I would do it in 3 layers)
Put sauce on top and bake for 30 minutes or until cabbage is soft
