1 lb frozen chopped spinach
5 eggs
1 large onion minced
10 tbsp margarine
1 cup Parmesan cheese
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp cayenne
1 3/4 cup breadcrumbs

Directions:

thaw spinach and squeeze water, add all ingredients

mix by hand, form into balls

bake 20-25 minutes at 350º
