* 2 cups shredded cooked chicken or turkey
* 2 cups artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
* 16 oz Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
* 1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
* 1/2 cup chopped drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
* 24 oz. Ricotta cheese
* 2 eggs
* 2-4 fresh basil leaves
* 1 clove garlic
* 1/4 cup tightly packed fresh basil, chopped, divided
* 12 lasagna noodles (oven ready)

HEAT oven to 350°F.

Note: There is no need to pre-boil the lasagna noodles!

COMBINE chicken, artichokes, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan and tomatoes.

Mix ricotta cheese, eggs, garlic, fresh basil leaves with food processor or blender until blended;

SPREAD a few spoonfuls of the ricotta cheese mixture onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish; cover with 3 noodles and 1/3 of the chicken mixture. Add about 1/3 of the ricotta cheese mixture. Repeat layers of noodles and chicken mixture, ricotta cheese twice. Top with remaining noodles, ricotta cheese and mozzarella; cover.

BAKE 45 min. or until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining basil. Let stand 5 min. before cutting to serve.

This is an adaptation of the white lasagna we made for Philip and Sarah's rehearsal dinner.

This would be a use for derivative turkey after Thanksgiving!
