1 9" deep dish pie shell, unbaked
2 eggs, slightly beaten (with a fork!)
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup Dark Karo syrup
1 cup sugar
1 cup pecan meats

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º F. Mix ingredients and fill pie shell. Bake at 400º for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350º and bake about 30 minutes more. Filling will appear softer in the center.

Remove from oven and allow to cool before serving.
