1 c. water
1/2 c. butter (no substitutes)
1 c.. all-purpose flour
4 eggs
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
3-1/2 c. cold milk
2 pkgs. (3.9 oz. ea.) instant chocolate pudding
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip, thawed
1/4 c. ea. of chocolate and caramel ice cream topping
1/3 c. chopped almonds

Directions:
In a saucepan, over medium heat, bring water and butter to a boil. Add flour all at once; stir until a smooth ball forms. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat until smooth. Spread into greased 13x9x2 in. dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 35 min. until puffed and golden brown. Cool on wire rack. Meanwhile, in mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, milk and pudding mix until smooth. Spread over cold puff; refrigerate for 20 min. Spread with whipped topping and refrigerate until serving. Just before serving, drizzle with chocolate and caramel toppings and sprinkle with the almonds. Store in refrigerator. Yield: 12 servings.
