1 clove garlic per person - minced
1T. Dijon mustard
1 tsp Worchester Sauce
1 T red wine vinegar
1 can anchovies or 1 tsp. anchovy paste
4 T Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In the blender put minced garlic, mustard, Worchester sauce, vinegar and anchovies with the oil or the anchovy paste. Blend until combine. Add the mayo and cheese. Blend again. With the blender on low speed, stream in oil slowly through the hole in the cap until well incorporated. Refrigerate for several hours or up to a week. It needs time to mature in taste.

You can use 2 raw egg yolks or 2 coddled eggs, but mayo is just oil and eggs whipped together and is safer and gives it a creamy base. If you prefer it lighter use the eggs. Make sure you use the oil from the anchovies as it give it a nice taste.
