1 ¼ c. Flour
⅓ c. Sugar
¼ tsp baking soda
½ c margarine (1 stick)
⅓ c. Chopped walnuts

2 cans whole berry cranberries
4 TBS orange peel, grated

16 oz. Cream cheese, softened (2 pkg)
⅔ c. Sugar
2 tsp vanilla
4 eggs

Oven @ 350º.

Combine flour, sugar, soda, butter in food processor. Process until it resembles fine crumbs. Add walnuts. Process enough to mix. Press into the bottom of a 13 x 9 cake pan.

In a small bowl, combine cranberries and orange peel. Spread over crumb mixture.

Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating until well combined. Pour over cranberries. Bake until set and light golden brown, about 35-45 minutes. Cool and refrigerate several hours before serving.
