1 cup butter
1/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup of chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Begin by creaming the butter and add the vanilla, mix well. Next, add your flour and pecans, chill for 3-4 hours. Once chilled, shape into balls that are around the size of a quarter. Bake on a non greased cookie sheet in a slow oven at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Cool slightly and lightly coat in sugar.
