1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 cup mini marshmallows
3/4 peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare pan with parchment paper

In a saucepan, combine sugar, brown sugar, milk and butter
Cook until soft ball forms (about 3 minutes) in cold water or until 235º
Just before removing pan from heat, add remaining ingredients
Stir until marshmallows are almost melted
Remove from heat and beat mixture until it thickens (about 1 minute)
Pour immediately into prepared pan and let set
