6 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups butter (3 sticks)
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
2 pkgs. semi-sweet chocolate chips (24 oz.)
13 oz. marshmallow cream
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Line pans with parchment paper

Stir together butter, sugar and milk in saucepan and boil, stirring constantly to prevent scorching
Boil for 5 minutes or until candy thermometer reaches 234º

Remove from heat and gradually stir in chocolate chips until melted
Add remaining ingredients and mix well
Pour into prepared pans and let cool to set
