1 pkg. blueberry muffin mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup flour
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º
Grease and flour a 8x8 baking pan
Mix the first set of ingredients with a fork and set aside
Mix the second set separately

Place half of the batter in prepared pan and top with half of the brown sugar mixture and layer again with second layer of batter and topped with brown sugar mixture

Bake for 20-25 minutes

We generally double this recipe to make a 9x12 baking pan. A double batch can take 40-45 minutes to bake
