1 cup cashews, finely ground
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons coconut oil
3 tablespoons honey, maple syrup or agave nectar
1 teaspoon vanilla
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 325℉. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Blender all of the ingredients together. Roll into small balls and place on the cookie sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, ensuring that they don't burn. Makes 12 cookies
