3 eggs 4 c. flour 2-1/2 c. milk 2 to 3 tsp. vanilla 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt powdered sugar
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Drop from spoon tip or funnel pitcher into hot grease. Use a drizzle pattern into desired shape. Turn to brown, it will fry quickly. Drain on paper towel. Dust with powdered sugar and enjoy.
