1 pound of pecans, finely chopped
1 pound diced candied cherries
1 pound diced candied dates
1 pound canned pineapple
1, 4-ounce can Angel Flake coconut
1 can Eagle-Brand milk (or little more)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together until mixture is uniform.
Roll to make balls and place on baking sheet.
Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.

I never liked fruit cake, and I didn't much like these, but Mother made them every Christmas, and, since she was a leader, we made them in Girl Scouts and for other occasions, so I included them. They are very pretty, and if you like dried fruit, you'll probably love them! They are much better than traditional fruitcake.
