19 ounces of Philadelphia Cream Cheese (2, 8 ounce pkgs + 1, 3 ounce pkg.)
1 cup sugar
4 Tbsp. of sugar
5 Tbsp. of butter or margarine
3 eggs, one at a time
2 cups of Vanilla Wafer crumbs
1 cup of sour cream
2 Tbsp. of sugar
1/4 tsp. of vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Blend crumbs, margarine and 4 Tbsps. of sugar.
Put in spring pan and bake 10 minutes.
Blend sour cream., 2 Tbsp. sugar, 1/4 tsp. vanilla and set aside.
Blend other ingredients except sour cream mixture
Bake one hour at 300 degrees. Cool 15 minutes.
Pour sour cream mixture over top and refrigerate at least 3 hours.

This variation of cheesecake is not as good as the traditional, but it is much easier and quicker to make and our family liked it.
