1 pkg. (16 oz.) pecan cookies, crushed
1/2 c. margarine, melted
2 pkgs. (8 oz. ea.) cream cheese, softened
1 jar (12 oz.) caramel ice cream topping, divided
1-1/2 c. cold milk
1 pkg. (5.1 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
3/4 c. chopped pecans

Directions:

In a bowl, combine cookie crumbs and margarine. Press into greased 13x9x2 in. dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 min. Cool on rack. In a large bowl beat cream cheese and 1/2 c. caramel topping until smooth. In 2nd bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 min.; fold into cream cheese mixture. Spread over cooled crust. Sprinkle with pecans. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hrs. Cut into squares and drizzle with remaining caramel topping. Yield: 12 to 15 servings.
