1/4 c. margarine or butter
1/4 c. shortening
1. c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 t. baking soda
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 t. vanilla
TOPPING:
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
2 t. cinnamon
2 T. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees. Cream butter, shortening and sugar VERY well. Add eggs one at a time, beating well. Sift dry ingredients together. Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream to make a creamy mix (begin and end with flour).
Stir in vanilla.
Pour 1/2 mixture into a buttered spring form pan. Cover with 1/2 of topping mixture. Pour remainder of batter over filling. Top with remainder of topping mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Touch top for doneness. Top should "crack."
