1 cut up chicken
4 cups flour
Salt
Pepper
Oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper chicken well and let sit in fridge for 1/2 hour. In plastic ziplock bag put flour and more salt and pepper. Shake each piece of chicken in flour and set aside. When all chicken has been floured then flour again. Oil in skillet should be about 1" deep and heated to 350º Add pieces to fry making sure not to crowd. Cook dark meat 20-25 minutes turning often as it browns. White meat 15-20 minutes. Reduce heat if the chicken starts to cook too fast. Place on cookie sheet or platter in oven to keep warm until all is cooked. 200º
