1 1/2 c. Coarsely Chopped Chicken
2 Medium Onions, Chopped
4 Stalks Celery, Chopped
5 c. Day-old White Bread Crumbs (biscuits, etc.)
1 Pan of Cornbread, Crumbled
1 tsp. Sage
2 Eggs
1 Stick of Butter
1/2 tsp. Salt and Pepper
2 c. Chicken Broth

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Melt butter. Saute celery and onions until tender.
Combine with all bread crumbs, seasonings and eggs. Blend well.
Stir in broth. Pour in 9x13 baking dish.
Top with shredded chicken, and press into mixture.
Bake 30 minutes.
