2 packages cream cheese, softened,
2 packages corned beef (found in the
prepackaged deli section)
Worcestershire sauce
garlic powder
A1 sauce
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Chop the corned beef.
Chop the green onions including some of the green into a small dice.
In a medium bowl, add cream cheese, corned beef, green onions, a couple dashes of both Worcestershire sauce and A1 sauce. Sprinkle with garlic powder according to taste. Add a good handful of shredded cheddar cheese.
Using your hands, thoroughly mix it all together and shape into a ball. Roll in shredded cheddar to coat the outside of the ball.
Best if prepared a day ahead to let the flavors marry.
