Cake:
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
2 cans (11 oz.) drained Mandarin oranges

Topping:
1 c. brown sugar
4 T. milk
3 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease and lightly flour two 8" round pans, or one 9 x 13" pan.

Sift flour, sugar, baking soda and salt together.
Beat eggs and add to dry ingredients, and then add drained oranges and mix with a mixer for four minutes.
Pour into prepared pans.
Bake 40 minutes.

For topping:
Mix brown sugar, milk and butter in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over hot cake.
