Ingredients:  
1 1/2 lb yellow squash
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 small onions; chopped
1 small can pimento
1/4 T butter
1 C sour cream
1 pkg Pepperage Farm Herb Stuffing
4 carrots; grated

Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash in salted water for 15 minutes
Drain and mash squash
Add butter and 1/2 of stuffing
Mix well
Sprinkle with remaining stuffing and dot with butter
Bake @ 350 for 35 minutes
