1 lb lean ground meat
salt to taste
1 Large white onion , finely chopped
3 cloves of garlic minced
1 1/2 TSR sweet paprika
1/2 TSR dried thyme
2 cans petite diced tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
5 c unsalted beef broth
4 c chopped cabbage
freshly cracked pepper
1 c cooked brown rice if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat with salt and chop fine. Drain meat.Add onion,garlic,paprika and, thyme and cook until onions are soft. Add Tomatoes , sauce and broth and cabbage. Season to taste with salt . Bring to a boil then reduce to cover and simmer for 35 minutes.
Serve over rice if wanted.
