1/4 cup dry milk + 3/4 cup water(or 1 cup milk)
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 cup flour
Powdered sugar for dusting.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix milk, sugar, salt ad egg. Add flour and blend well. Dip rosette mold in batter and fry in oil. Drain and dust with powdered sugar.
